Rebecca Hergenroeder, CFP®, ChFC®, REBC®, MSFS, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, having been awarded that designation by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
She was also awarded the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation through the Huebner School of the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. In addition, she has earned the prestigious Master’s of Science in Financial Services degree (MSFS) and the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®) designation through the American College. Individuals earning the REBC® designation develop an understanding of the various types of group benefits and retirement plans and the practical knowledge needed for choosing and/or designing the best benefits package that will meet the client’s needs. She is currently a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Rebecca began her career as a financial advisor in 1992 with American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. In 1998, she founded her own business primarily due to her desire to operate independently and offer more personalized services to her clients through a collaborative effort. The firm specializes in comprehensive wealth plans (including wealth/asset management and wealth preservation), retirement distributions, estate planning, divorce planning, trust services, and small business succession strategies.
